料金の全額をお支払いいただいた時点でご予約の確定となります。
ご予約の確定後にキャンセルされる場合、下記のキャンセル料を頂戴いたしますので予めご了承ください。

　・チェックイン日の７日前までにキャンセル手続きを完了された場合、料金の50%を返金させていただきます。
　・チェックイン日の６日前からはキャンセルされた場合でも返金はございません。

To confirm your reservation pre-payment is required for the total accommodation fee. Please don’t book until you are certain you will be able to join us on your chosen nights. Bookings are final/non-transferable. If you wish to change your arrival or departure dates you must cancel and re-book. The following cancellation policy applies regardless of circumstances:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the date of arrival will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made 6 days or less prior to the date of arrival will not be refunded.                                    
  

  PLEASE NOTE: Please book for the correct amount of staying guests and update us with changes. Anya Cottage can not accommodate more than 6 people in total (including kids). We recommend up to 4. The bedroom sleeps up to 4. The sofa in the living room can accommodate 2. More than 6 pax can not stay. No visitors are allowed. If you need additional accommodation, please get in touch so we can recommend accommodation options in the area. Haku Cottage can only accommodate 2 people.
